Born in 1947 on the Beaupré Coast, his work is still influenced by its splendid landscape. In 1984, he experiences oil painting for the first time. For a few years, he remains his master’s faithful student. Very soon, he goes beyond the simple expression of nature. Even if it remains his constant source or inspiration, it rapidly becomes a pretext to expression and creation. Those places of predilection take him back to his own roots, inspiring him. They transform in a hidden corner of his soul and adopt the colours of his inner self. The artist proposes a peaceful and serene atmosphere he is pleased here to present us in his most recent works.
